Nannette Watts is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has earned her Accreditation in Business Valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Ms. Watts has over 15 years experience in performing business valuations, primarily of closely held businesses. Her expertise includes the preparation of valuations of numerous entities of all structures and sizes for purposes of divorce, estate and gift taxes, shareholder disputes, business dissolution, and buy/sell agreements. In addition, her accounting and auditing background has provided Nannette with the forensic skills needed to unveil the relevant financial data and assist the parties in resolving their disputes.

Financial Appraisal Services, Ltd.’s  (FAS’s) entire practice is devoted to performing business valuations and litigation consulting services. FAS prepares in excess of 100 business valuations and forensic assignments per year.
